CARTRIDGE WORLD- LEE'S SUMMIT RETURN POLICY:
1. OEM cartridge within one year- intact box with receipt- Full refund.
2. OEM cartridge within one year with box open, foil package intact with receipt- Refill credit.
3. OEM cartridge within one year- open and out of the foil package, full- with receipt- 50% refill credit.
4. OEM cartridge unopened or opened without receipt- no obligation. May give store credit if we need the cartridge. Credit varies accrding to style and need.
5. Refilled ink cartridge- 90-day guarantee against defects (not empty) with original receipt. Please consider this timeline when deciding how many cartridges to keep as backup.
6. Refilled laser cartridge- 100% satisfaction guarantee against defects.
7. Refilled ink cartridge (full) without receipt within 90 days- Store credit in the amount of 50% of the refill price.
